Back in North Vancouver?

Feels like it the past week.  Rain almost all day long, every day.  Just little breaks of up to 30 minutes here or there.  Hard rain as well.  It doesn't just pour down for a few minutes, it thunders down in waves for hours.

Fortunately the property has excellent drainage, or this would stay for weeks, rather than just a few hours.

Geckos, not so much

I usually see two or three geckos each day.  From 2" long, to about 10" (not including tail).  The above is about 4".  All colours as well.  From almost white, to black with yellow speckles, army green with red head, and the most common, above, sand coloured.  Curious creatures, but scurry away at the slightest movement.


More rain this morning, but blue skies now.  Hope it stays a while this time.
