Sushi is a must in La Fortuna. Not cheap, but fairly high quality (at least for Costa Rica). Presentation is a 10, quality is a 7, value is a 4 - due to the prices. Though I did get a free sample of plum wine for desert.
Good for Costa Rica, but Vancouver sushi restaurants have nothing to learn or fear here.
