Still not quite there yet though. Went snorkeling again today at Punta Uva. There is a small reef just off shore. Oddly, the visibility is drastically different just 50 meters from this point. This was the only place I could see more than about 4 feet.
Followed a big school of these fish for a while

Nice little shell about the size of my fist.
Cool looking blue fish. He was a bit elusive.
This guy didn't me following him for a few minutes.
